If you Request a Service and end up needing a part, A Small Installation and Removal Fee of that part plus A Deposit on the part will be charged ontop of the service cost then, Myrepairs Will Order/Pickup and Install Your Parts at no Additional Charge
What if YOU Bought/Found one, No Longer need the part and already have a deposit?:
If the Part has already been Ordered, We Charge a 20% Return Fee and the 3rd Party we order From Charge a 30% Return fee on Orders Shipped, 15% on orders Picked up, This means your 50% Deposit Covers the Return fees and we get back what we had to cover to pay for the parts.
If the Parts are on back-order, We have no Control over when they will be in, if you choose to Order the parts somewhere else, thats your choice all services are final and no refunds will be issued for the Installation and removal of the part, We Only use OEM Parts so we will not install The parts you choose to order as we dont want to be responsible for them breaking/or failure to work.
If you Paid in Full for your parts We will Refund 50% of the Cost. All Returns are subject to take up-to 7 Business days From the date of Request.
All Units Dropped off to our shop require a $60 Deposit or $80 Depsoit Depending on rather its Residential or Commercial, The Depsoit is Not refundable as it Covers Your 360 Inspection and with that we generate a list of repairs it needs or Service Recommeneded, If you choose to have the repairs done or a service completed The Deposit for the Inspection goes towards the cost of the repair or Service.
Once the Repair or Service is completed, You will pay the Diffrence when picking your unit up,
THE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED BEFORE WE TAKE OR TOUCH THE UNIT, ALONG WITH AN AGREEMENT SHEET BEING SIGNED.
